Danish news outlet Solidaritet hired me to create an illustration for their article covering Ukraine's fight to address the rule of oligarchs and corruption in the judicial system. The article can be found here.

I was given a brief overview of the upcoming article and complete artistic freedom. The idea I came up with was to portray a corrupt judge surrounded and covered in gold. I used shadows and green light to make him look like a villain.
